Responsibilities & Context

RDRS Bangladesh is seeking application for the position of MEL Officer under Climate Adaptive Livelihoods & Disaster Resilience Initiative Project in Bangladesh.

Implementation:

  • Optimum utilization of the resources and smooth implementation of the project.
  • Monitor and supervise the implementation of TBR project with extensive field visit.
  • Periodic data analysis, programme reviews/meeting at different levels with field staff in collaboration with project staff reach target.
  • Monitoring and provide support for administrative and financial management of the program.
  • Assess training need and ensure training to concerned staffs.
  • Monitoring monthly and quarterly meeting with progress review and develop actions on the shortcoming for achieving started target and time.
  • Prepare proper weekly, monthly, quarterly and inventory report and presentation.
  • Actively participate in the team and prepared annual work plan and monthly action plan.
  • Prepare action taking report monthly and any audit findings and sent to project manager.
  • Regular monitoring and periodical evaluation of the project.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly staff meetings to review progress and develop data analysis presentation for further improvement of the program.
  • Prepare success case story and event report.
  • Ensuring different reporting, checked the different document, ensure the quality of the project.

Monitoring, Supervision and Coordination:

  • Maintain regular coordination with Government and other stakeholders in implementing of project.
  • Conduct regular field monitoring visits as per action plan and prepare monthly visit report.
  • Facilitate internal and external monitoring and audit.

Reporting and dissemination:

  • Ensure diseases report weekly, monthly and quarterly acquired and complete reporting as per the agreement.
  • Have to carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the project manager/senior management as and when required for the interest of project as well as for the organization
  • Support the Team Leader to collaborate and coordinate.
